Cancellation Policy
Emme House kindly requests 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or for non-attendance, will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
Please respect our practitioners time and notify us at your earliest convenience to give us amply time to fill the vacancy.
Health fund rebates are not applicable for cancelled or missed appointment charges.
Private Health Rebate
All Emme House appointments are private health fund rebateable via HICAPS.
Please contact your provider to ascertain exactly how much your rebate is.
TAC/Work Cover/DVA/Medicare
Emme House accepts Work Cover, TAC, DVA and Medicare patients. We require all service fees to paid in full on the day, and then you can claim back from the appropriate body. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork to do so.
